Vishnu at avatar sculpted in translucent soft lavender and green jadeite.
The lapidary has expertly chiseled this omnipresent god from a single boulder. Using the natural elements of the stone the figure is carved into an oval medallion with multiple arms grasping spears ribbons and rings while raised on fire wheels all symbols of equalising powers.
Intricately carved dragons and demonic figure are in conflict surrounding the preserver of the world and primeval water foliage are entwined from base to pediment.
